I am Malinda Phillips , and I am leading the Analytics IT team in Telia Company. Our purpose is to empo wer Telia with Analytical superpowers . Analytics IT is the main driver of Analytics Foundation & Personalization at s cale strategic themes with the responsibility of Data Platform , AI/ML and Martech capability enablement for all our markets .
As Head of Cloud Platforms Service, y ou lead a team of skilled data & platform engineer s working with the development and operation s of our Cloud Data Platform offerings. The current team size is around 10 employees and 2 0 consultants.
Ou r capability development is planned and executed per SAFe Agil e and as Head of Cloud Platforms Service you have the role as the Product Man a ger for the Cloud Data P latform capability with the responsibility to :
- R efine and evolve the product vision and r oadmap with value & user -centric ity at core .
- Uphold awareness and user reach with active communication and community build .
- A pply continuous feedback for iterative and responsive product refinement .
- Support team in balancing capability life - cycle management with legacy decommissioning in parallel to new ca pability evolution .
- Uphold and refine the economic framework for solution economic trade-offs , job sequencing and partnerships.

We believe that you are an experienced and communicative leader, with the ability to engage and empower, and that you thrive in a changing environment. You have previous experience from data lakes, data warehouses, and cloud , a solid understanding of IT processes, GDPR , and compliance and you create the roadmap, motivate, and lead your team towards goals by being both operative and strategic in your role. You have a structured work approach; focus on results, clear communication, and continuously follow up performance.

Besides technical skills, key success factors in this position are excellent network and cooperation skills and the ability to build a good relationship with stakeholders in both Business and IT. As a leader, you are passionate about leading and developing people. You have experience from previous transformation programs, preferably cloud transformations, and are familiar with the technologies within Analytics.

Your Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in Leadership roles ( formal or informal roles ).
- Experience from creating a vision and wanted position, setting strategy, and securing execution in accordance with the roadmap .
- Technical skills and know-how about data lakes and data warehouses (on-prem and cloud) .
- Good communication skills and fluent in English, spoken and written
- University degree (Master of Science or other relevant education).
