We're looking for an E-commerce (Q-commerce) & Performance Manager who will play a key role in ensuring foodora market's continued growth through an analytical mindset. We might be all about dark stores, but we are eager to find our next shining star. Come join the fun!
WHAT YOU WILL (BUT NOT ONLY) DO
  • Lead, drive, and develop the foodora Market site team consisting of a campaign manager and a content creator. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing strategies to ensure our continued growth.
  • Compile and manage reports on visits, conversion, and sales, taking ultimate responsibility for search, categorization, and conversion.
  • Monitor the site to ensure the best possible customer experience (CX) and take action when improvement is needed.
  • Identify and implement site optimizations based on analysis, customer insights, brand strategy, and various commercial goals and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with foodora's marketing team to ensure visibility in foodora's channels, on the app, and externally.
  • Work with internal stakeholders such as product, regional, and central management to drive the business and site forward.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize sales to improve our working methods.

WHO YOU ARE
  • Commercially driven - you are knowledgeable about e-commerce and have a good understanding of what drives sales.
  • Analytical - You have a sharp analytical ability that will help us achieve great results!
  • Communicative - You are skilled in communication, leading to many successful collaborations.
  • Solution-oriented - Are there problems? No, here, we see challenges instead. You have a "get it done" attitude.
  • Structured - You love working with a clear structure and are a pro at planning and organizing your day.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • You have previous experience in digital sales and e-commerce within retail, or have worked in a similar role for at least 3 years.
  • You work at a high strategic level and have the ability to understand customer behavior and what drives campaign sales.
  • You are proficient in Excel and have experience visualizing large amounts of data.
  • You have previous experience analyzing traffic, conversion, and funnels using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, or equivalent.
  • You communicate fluently in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • It is meritorious if you have previous experience in leading a team.

Start date: As soon as possible.
