Want to be a part of our exciting, new growth journey? We are currently seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will have the main responsibility for paid growth and acquisition marketing. You will have the responsibility to develop and lead this key focus area, hence identifying paid channels, and continuously working with optimization for each channel, with the overall ambition to drive growth for our business. What you will do: You will apply a trial and error, learn and adjust approach, with the goal to understand what works the best, in terms of reaching the right target groups and driving conversions. The overall objective is to increase the traffic and conversions from an array of paid channels (e.g. paid social and paid search) to drive growth and also brand awareness in the markets we operate in Taking the lead on the tactical work for the paid marketing activities Be responsible for customer behavior analysis for all channels in order to optimize based on these insights Set targets, budget and relevant KPIs for all channels Continuously work with optimization, tracking, measuring and analysis Understand and constantly evaluate performance based on web traffic volumes, MQL volumes, Conversions, Cost per Lead, Cost per Acquisition, ACV Keep up to date with the latest news and trends within Performance Marketing and paid acquisition in order for us to be on top when it comes to digital marketing. Plan, execute & follow up on strategy, driving traffic and lead generation through chosen paid channels, meaning: - Planning and execution of paid social media campaigns to drive awareness and leads generation - Evaluating and execute on other paid marketing activities in order to find the right mix of channels for each market (i.e could be affiliates, native, display, Youtube, or other activities) What we look for: Proven track record within Performance Marketing, demand generation or similar growth/revenue generation methodologies 3-5+ years of experience with demand generation/growth/digital marketing or similar role (preferably within SaaS) A good understanding of sales processes Strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets Experience with HubSpot is a plus or equivalent CRM/CMS, Google Analytics, Datastudio, Wordpress, LinkedIn/Meta/Google/Bing Ads Experienced in fast-moving, high growth environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Engineering or equivalent education Fluency in English, written and spoken.
