As Communications Controller and Data Analyst you will be part of H&M Group Communications at the Head office in Stockholm. H&M Group Communications plays a key role in how our customers, colleagues, media, investors and other stakeholders perceive us.
In this role you will report to the Communications Director, who is reporting to the group's CEO, and be part of the management team at H&M Group Communications. You will work closely with the managers at H&M Group Communication and their teams as well cross-functionally with other stakeholders, such as H&M Group Sustainability and Investor Relations, also reporting to H&M Group management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an OKR-based goal setting process with communication specific objectives, key results and KPIs, applicable for the department and H&M Group.
- Develop steering frameworks and a strong follow-up system.
- Develop system support to visualize and integrate perception data in H&M Group.
- Co-pilot the area together with the managers to catalyse strategies in an engaging, motivating, and inclusive way.
- Financial controlling (Budgets, Follow up and Forecast)
Qualifications
To be successful in the role you need experience of working with communications from a strategic perspective and a genuine interest in how to create business value. We also believe that you have creative analytical skills and are good at prioritizing. In addition, you have excellent stakeholder management skills and can work independently while taking own initiatives.
What you need to succeed:
- 5-7 years of experience as a Controller, Business Developer or similar.
- Proven track record of setting up objectives and key results from scratch.
- Advanced knowledge in Excel, Power BI or other Data Visualization tools.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Experience from informal leadership in a global environment.
This is a full-time permanent position, starting as soon as possible according to agreement. The role is an on-site position, based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden.
