We are spearheading Telia's journey to become a truly data-driven organization by leveraging advanced analytics. As a Senior Data Analyst, you will use data to help our company make informed decisions that improve our team's and overall Telia's effectiveness. You'll analyze various data in the field of Human Resources to find insights that help us enhance how we work, keep our employees engaged, develop them, and meet our overall company goals.
You'll look at information from various areas, like employee surveys, performance, hiring, training, pay, and more, to guide our People strategies. In this role you will interact and collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organization and act as the interface between the business and People Analytics.
Don't worry if you're new to HR; we welcome experts from fields like customer management, sales, marketing, or social economics and will get you up to speed quickly!

For this role we need you to have:
- Solid knowledge in statistical analysis and modeling techniques such as clustering, regression, time series, decision tree, etc.
- Skills in utilizing data visualization tools like Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, or equivalent libraries in Python or R
- Experience in SQL, Python or R and relevant libraries for data exploration, feature engineering and modeling
- Good logical reasoning and communication abilities to convert business issues into analytical inquiries and translate analytics findings into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Experience from larger corporations in a Nordic business context
