As an RTE, you will be accountable for the continuous IT delivery of business value to the stakeholders and product owners. You will be part of our transformation journey where we go to a more servant leadership, facilitating the agile events in the Agile Release Train to assist the teams in delivering value.
- The way of working will be based on our Common Delivery Model (CDM), and you will be part of continuously develop and improve our way of working.
You will:
- You will lead an Agile Release Train (ART) and be part of, and have a close collaboration with other included ARTs and teams within the B2B Transformation Large Solution Train (LST).
- Facilitate the ART events and processes.
- Coach and train members of the train.
- Continuously deliver IT business value together with IT Delivery organization and Business organization.
- Coordinate delivery from multiple delivery teams to ensure a successful outcome of business value.
- Managing and forecast the capacity within the LST to secure that there are no bottlenecks to deliver the requested functionality.
- Plan, structure, follow up and improve the delivery output and way of working to be on top of progress, always having your Jira backlog up to date.
- Communicate with stakeholders.
- Help manage risk, escalate impediments, and drive relentless improvement.
Who are you?
You have a passion for customers, technology, and leadership. To fit the bill, you have worked as a RTE (Release Train Engineer) or similar role based on SAFe, with operational responsibility to continuously deliver results. You have a good understanding of Telecom area. You have an extensive experience from agile IT development and operation - from planning and design to development and deployment. Leading complex "IT development" is something that excites you and you excel in building strong stakeholder relationships.
