Are you ready to take on a key leadership role within the Clinical Manufacturing & Supply organisation? We are seeking a skilled and effective Business Process Owner (BPO) for our Clinical Logistics processes. This role is accountable for developing and ensuring the performance of the Clinical Logistics Business Processes, aligning them with our business goals. Accountabilities:
As a BPO, you will own the definition, design, and management of processes to support the Clinical Logistics strategy. You will document these processes, apply governance principles, establish and lead the Process Network, and be accountable for communication, roll out, and training. You will also manage relationships with key stakeholders and connected BPOs to improve the end-to-end value chain. Additionally, you will engage in audits, inspections, and audit response processes, and provide input to strategic workforce planning and organisational development.
Provide input to CM&S (Clinical, Manufacturing and Supply) strategic workforce planning and organisational development.
Align training to the standard process and help shape forward Learning & Development strategy
Drive a culture of lean, process centricity and continuous improvement.
Identify and implement solutions to support future Clinical Logistics and business needs.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Broad and deep understanding of logistics and its key processes.
Ideally, strong experience within pharmaceutical logistics.
Experienced in Lean and Business Process Management.
Influencing and leadership presence. Presenting to and communicating with stakeholders and peers at all levels of the organisation.
Subject Matter Expertise representing the Process.
Knowledge of applicable Requirements/Regulations (such as Customs / GMP / GDP).
Proven ability to deliver supply chain / logistics strategic change.
Drive performance internally and with external partners.
Knowledge of Lean principles to achieve business objectives.
