- Plant SAP coordinator for BMS project.
- Coordinating process design, implementation and issue resolving across different departments involving the local process experts (LPEs)/PE/IT in project.
- Coordinating future process-/ IT improvement projects together with LPEs.
- Unify the process in SAP with daily business, and prepare the process chart accordingly,monitor and review the process in a regular base to ensure the process is supporting the business efficiently.
- First level SAP support and consulting for business departments, order change request or demand.
- Execution of implementation plan according standard procedure incl. ensuring of milestones.
- Monitoring /Analyzing SAP budgets and actuals for application projects and daily operations.
- Support and manage requests for authorizations.
