Your mission
Your mission as a Business Process Analyst is to enhance the customer journey by optimizing and refining our Business Processes. By streamlining processes and workflows, you will ensure seamless interactions and exceptional experiences for our customers, driving operational efficiency and facilitating sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Document current processes and systems and translate them into comprehensive requirements catalogues and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design future state models and desired outcomes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Plan and facilitate the transition from current to future states, identifying risks, necessary requirements, and opportunities for automation and scalability.
- Report status and create transparency to facilitate alignment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to conduct workshops and pre-studies, producing functional and non-functional requirements, as well as user stories and journey documentation.
- Coordinate project delivery and ensure adherence to architectural standards and best practices within DeLaval.
- Ensure an empowering user experience across all digital touchpoints, fostering a seamless customer journey.
Qualifications and experience
- To thrive in this role, you should possess:Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in creating and optimizing customer journeys to enhance user experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Proven experience in Business Process analysis, documentation, and optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in project management and coordination is a plus.
