The HR function at HansaAt Hansa Biopharma we are a small and tight HR team, consisting of our CHRO,Group HR Manager, 2 HR Business Partners (HRBP) and an HR & Facility Coordinator. Since one of our HRBPs will befocusing on new life adventures (maternity leave)for the period of 16 months we are seeking a temporary colleague, who thrives in a broad role, passionate about people, fun to be around and a team player through and through.

ResponsibilitiesEmployee life cycle:
In this role, you will share the responsibility and accountability for our people processes alongside your HR colleagues and can expect an equal mix of administrative and operational activity. As a face of HR, you will drive implementation of several people initiatives, ensuring agile execution and leadership adoption of HR procedures that are designed to support the organisation and its business. You will be the "go-to-person" for assigned parts of the organisation for the entire life cycle of our employees.

You will, alongside the previously mentioned areas, perform other tasks that are relevant to a broad HR Business Partner role in a global organisation.
What we are looking for
- Experienced Business Partner/and or HR Generalist
- Education within HR or equivalent to
- Experience from working in global organisations, preferably within R&D/Life Science/Pharma Industry
- Gifted with a great personality, outstanding communication skills and a builder of strong and healthy working relationships
- Experienced in and good at using English as company language
- Hands on; willing and able to delve into all corners of a department's needs, from recruitment to performance management, organisational design to well-being. You have got it all!
- Administrative and thorough in ways of working; yes, we also have administration, and you need to be good at it too
- Knowledge of Swedish Labor Law is an advantage

Type of employment This is a full-time (40 hour) temporary position from 3 June 2024 until 30 September 2025.
Start date: 3 June 2024
Location: Hansa Biopharma is based in Lund, Sweden. We offer a hybrid way of working; the position requires close collaboration and networking; we would therefore love to be able to meet you in person at least 3 - 4 days per week.
