Our tight-knit team currently comprises four members, including an HR Director, an HR People & Analytics specialist, an HR student admin, and an Office-/Work Environment Manager. With our headquarters nestled in Lund, Sweden, and additional operations in France, including a local HR Director and HR assistant, we're poised for growth and collaboration on an international scale.
How you will contribute
As an HR BP, your mission will be to contribute to our team's efforts in supporting all company employees and managers. From providing guidance on recruitment to assisting with personnel data administration and more, your role will be crucial in ensuring our HR operations run smoothly. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate internationally with our colleagues and legal partner, Business Sweden.
What you will bring
We're seeking a candidate with a degree, preferably in HR or a related field, and experience of working in HR. Proficiency in IT systems and a keen interest in labor law and collective agreements are essential. Fluency in Swedish and English is required, with knowledge of French considered a plus. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-minded, and solution-oriented, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Key areas of expertise include:
- Proficient understanding of collective agreements and labor law.
- Experience in overseeing payroll processes, although our payroll admin is outsourced.
- Knowledge of compensation and benefitstructures.
- Familiarity with rehabilitation practices.
- Demonstrated ability in union negotiations.
- Crafting and implementing HR policies.
- Efficient management of absences and leaves.
