How you will make an impact
We are looking for Marketing Student Assistants to join us at Arla Foods Sweden. For a Student Assistant the weekly working hours range from 15-20 with consideration to your education and we sign contracts per semester (spring, summer and autumn separately).
You will take on a broad role - It can be anything from handling communication/digital campaigns, customer and sales analysis, and support new product launches and project management of different events and fairs. Working across various internal functions as well as external partners, you will have exposure to multiple stakeholders in the industry.
Start during spring or autumn.
What will make you successful
We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Marketing, Innovation, Business, Communication or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of studying experience and at least one year to go. A commercial interest is preferable and keen to explore the Swedish FMCG-industry. To succeed in this role a unconventional and disruptive mindset is key and good interpersonal skills as the assignment involves stakeholders from Global to Local.
You will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile.
Furthermore, it is essential that you have:
- Business mindset and entrepreneurship
- Analytical skills and data driven
- Project Management and work structure
- Teamwork and relationship management
- A learning mindset, are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks
- Knowledge with IT software, such as excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new
systems - A high interest for food and restaurants
- High proficiency in English
