AdressArla Foods now has an exciting opportunity for you to join the Swedish HR Operations department. As a Student Assistant you will be working 15-20 hours a week with consideration to your education.
How you will make an impact
In this role you will take on a variety of tasks within the wide area of HR Operations. A big focus will be on Talent Acquisition where you would lerarn about our recruitment process, but also take on your own projects based on the organisaional needs. Working with setting proceses is an important task for the whole HR Operations, you will learn about this and also execute within this area as well. In this position, some of your assignments will be more rouitine based and others more innovative. No work week is the other alike.
Your areas of work include, but is not limited too:
- Recruiting
- Working with our onboarding process
- Assisting our employer branding expert
- And many other areas related to HR Operations
Start during august until summer of 2025.
What will make you successful
We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. HR, Business, Economics etc. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of studying experience and at least one year to go.

Furthermore, it is essential that you have:
- Analytical skills
- Project Management and work structure

- A learning mindset, are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks
- Knowledge with IT software, such as excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new systems
- Proficiency in English and Swedish
- The ability to come in and work at our office in Solna (working remotely is possible, but not only remotely)
