About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager, Operational Customer Data Solutions & Integrations to join the Digital Customer Offering organization in Fortum Consumer Solutions. As a Senior Manager of Operational Customer Data Solutions & Integrations, you will find yourself at the very center of the high-paced development and maintenance of our Operational Customer Data Solutions and integrations. You will play a key role in having the overall responsibility of the management of the digital solutions that we create. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operative Data Solutions and integrations are supporting our business and IT as a whole in the best possible way.
The domain responsibility covers Operational Customer Data, and all Consumer Solutions brands and geographical areas will be your working arena. You will collaborate closely with all participants in the development chain, from business stakeholders to Service Managers and Architects, as well as suppliers. You will lead the global operational Customer Data Solutions & Integrations team and manage the financials, service portfolio, investment portfolio, and service levels of your responsibility area.
You will report to the Head of Data, Integrations, and Cloud Services and be based in Espoo, Finland, or Solna, Sweden.
About you
To be successful in this role you have:
- At least five years of relevant experience in IT, integrations, and data
- Knowledge and experience in data and integration architecture in Azure
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or business administration or some other relevant area
- Experience in leading teams, preferably in an international environment
- Some experience in transformational leadership
- Excellent planning and organizational skills and a structured working style with attention to the big picture
- Great co-operations skills and proven ability to get things done in a complex environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Energy industry and/or retail business experience is considered a benefit
