What we offer
We are now looking for a strategic, collaborative and results driven person to join our People Experience (PX) team as senior PX Business Partner. In this role, you will be based at our tech hub in Stockholm (Mood), reporting to the Head of PX for Commercial Digital at Volvo Cars.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for driving the people agenda in one or two management teams for our global business areas. As you will be joining an organisation that has had rapid growth for many years, talent & leadership development, inclusion & belonging as well as organisation & resource optimization will be high up on your agenda. You will be part of a team of PX colleagues driving and supporting the people strategy for our Commercial Operations at Volvo Cars globally. This is the role for you who thrives in an environment with high ambiguity and where your excellent communication and collaboration skills can flourish. You share our human-centric values and are truly motivated by our purpose.
What you'll bring
You have extensive experience as a PX business partner, preferably from tech companies in hyper growth as well as from global and complex organisations. You have strong strategic and analytical skills with a passion for turning people strategy into tangible business results. You are recognized as a trusted business partner with high integrity, and you enjoy building relationships across the entire organization. You can work independently in a structured way and since we are an organization in constant change, the role will require a lot of flexibility, pragmatism, and a strong ability to set the right priorities.
You have a university degree within Human Resources/Business Administration or similar experience, are proficient in Swedish labour law and experienced in progressive HR practices and processes relevant for a growing, digitally driven and global organization. You have a commercial mindset and are experienced in driving change, developing leaders and culture in a global set-up. You have an honest ambition to join a fast paced and dynamic organisation that is deeply committed to transform the mobility industry at a global scale.
