Haglöfs is now recruiting a Sales Project and Process Manager to join our Sales team.
The position is a temporary position starting at latest 1st of May 2024 until at least 31st of July 2025. Haglöfs is an agile company that never stands still, therefor there is always a chance for extension. The position is based in our HQ in Stockholm and you will report directly to Haglöfs Global Head of Wholesales.
As Sales Project and Process Manager you will play an important part by continuously develop and improve wholesale excellence by converting strategy into operational implementation to reach Haglöfs set targets. You will have a close working relationship with our dedicated colleagues at Haglöfs, above all within our Sales, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing and Product departments.
Your role will include both project management, development, and system/process ownership. In more detail you will/will be:
- Contribute to development and drive various projects to improve, implement, measure, and follow up on various areas within sales, distribution, segmentation, and classification.
- Project manage sales owned meetings in Haglöfs Go to market process, Country Manager meetings and other sales related events.
- Contribute in various areas to improve financial KPI:s, and ways of working.
- Support KPI tracking and various follow up within Wholesales.
- Ownership for various systems and Processes.
We are looking for you who have a good understanding of the outdoor and retail business value chain thru experience of working with a strong brand, preferably premium sport, outdoor or lifestyle. You are self-driven with positive energy and have a willingness to develop and grow.
To be considered for the job we expect you to have/be:
- Project management experience.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent social and interpersonal skills.
- Well-structured; strong planning and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented.
- High level skills in English in speech and writing, experience from working in an international environment.
