In Swedbank Payment process team you have the opportunity to:
- Create high quality process management to create awareness in the organization.
- Perform AS-IS and TO-BE payment process mapping, analysis and challenging existing processes.
- Oversee the implementation of new business processes.
- Identifying areas of improvement.
- Hold monthly Process and risk forum.
- Identify strategical and process related risks.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance process management within Group Payments.
- Updating process and procedure policies.
- Conduct ongoing analysis of processes in line with industry regulations.
What is needed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, process control management, or similar.
- 4+ years' experience as a Process Manager.
- In-depth knowlege of relevant industry processes.
- Knowledge in the payment area.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Report and procedure writing skills.
