The Non-Contacting Radar Product Management team handles a portfolio of continuous-level measurement solutions within the Rosemount Level Instruments. As a Product Manager, you will be the voice of the customer, and seek to understand how we can improve our existing portfolio or build new products for the future to improve the growth of the business.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Collaborate and work closely with global sales team, customers, and industry managers to understand customer needs and market trends to then translate these inputs into a product vision and long-term roadmap
- Optimize product positioning, growth, and profitability including product pricing, promotions, and sales communication
- Build and implement product messaging plans, product sales, and technical training materials.
- Own requirements, prioritization, and implementation strategy to manage sustaining engineering and maintenance activities to improve product fit, capability, profitability throughout the product life-cycle
- Serve as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) and be the champion for the assigned products internally and externally
For This Role, You Will Need:
- A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant position
- A broad technical understanding rather than deep and narrow expertise
- Good communication and presentation abilities
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Ability to travel globally (approximately 5-15 days per year)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Swedish Language (medium to advanced level) would be nice to have
- A strong personal drive, a strategic mindset, provide a strategic, long-term view to the product line
