AdressWe now have an opening in the General Contracts group at the Stockholm Head Office. We are a team of eight Legal Counsels, providing commercial contract support to key functions such as supply chain, logistics, marketing, payment services, treasury and sustainability, just to name a few. This is an opportunity for someone with a genuine interest in contract law and in the world of retail and fashion, and focus will be on providing legal support to our global Logistics and Sustainability functions, both key areas for H&M Group.
In this role you will:
- Be a strategic partner to the global Logistics function, including planning, drafting and negotiating agreements. Emphasis will be on third party logistics warehouse and fulfillment services, material handling equipment, transport, distribution and customs brokerage.
- Support the global Sustainability function with drafting and negotiating a variety of agreements in relation to our sustainability endeavors.
- Provide advice and supporting documentation during all phases of a business relationship, from initial contact to the operational phase, through termination and winding up of affairs.
- Have an opportunity to advise on a wide range of other legal matters also supported by the General Contracts group.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing within the H&M Group, including processes, templates and best practice.
- Collaborate with other teams at H&M Group Legal, in order to provide comprehensive legal support to the company

In addition to matching the personal profile, we seek the following qualifications:
- A university law degree.
- At least two years' work experience with commercial contract law (inhouse or with a law firm), preferably in an international context. Experience from the logistics or sustainability areas is preferred but not required.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements with a variety of counterparts.
- The ability to quickly grasp and evaluate opportunities and risks related to commercial agreements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (professional English required).

This is a full-timetemporaryposition for 1 year,with a start date as soon as possible. You will report to the Manager of the General Contracts group.
