About this opportunity
Welcome to the Transaction Banking Legal team. As the Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel, you'll play a valuable role by providing proactive legal advice and developing our operations in a compliant manner by being a trusted partner with a good commercial understanding.
What you'll be doing:
- Work closely with business area to find and create right legal solutions
- Provide excellent to the point legal support and advice related to product/process development/maintenance
- Draft standard customer documentation
- Provide legal support for co-operation and infrastructure agreements / arrangements
- Provide legal support to regulatory implementation
You'll join a team of inspiring and supporting working environment with great and helpful colleagues. The role is based in any of the Nordic countries.

Your experience and background:
- Master's law degree from one of the Nordic countries
- Any of the Nordic languages and fluent English language
- Minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in a financial institution or a law firm
- Knowledge of payment products and digital services, and related legislation is an advantage
