Responsibilities
• Develop the digital R2R roadmap with the business• Drive process design with business process experts and system integrator• Improve established processes with process experts and business operations• Evaluate new SAP solutions with architects and the business• Protect the vision of maintaining SAP standard and contribute SAP expertise in R2R-related design topics
Requirements
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience working with SAP Finance• Experience in successful delivery of SAP transformation programs/projects• Deep functional understanding of SAP Finance, both in design and configuration• Deep understanding of Core Data Objects in SAP• Leadership ability and a focus on teamwork• Self-driven with a focus on delivering business value• Well-organized• Strong influencing skills and ability to navigate a complex and matrix organization• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken
Key Skills Needed
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills• Experience working in agile environments• Experience working with global initiatives and complex programs• Strong business competence in the RTR (Record to Report) process• Understanding of accounting and financial reconciliation• Operational financial reporting (IFRS, US GAAP, and local GAAP)• Technical proficiency in SAP Finance, Asset Management, Closing, SAP Bank Integrations, Inventory Reconciliation, SAP Account Receivables, and SAP Accounts Payable• Technical proficiency in S/4-HANA (Core) SAP Treasury & Cash Management• Overall understanding of ERP systems
