About the role 💼
You will be a key player in elevating our digital presence by proficiently managing marketing automation initiatives and executing targeted paid advertising campaigns. Your responsibilities will include driving engagement, nurturing leads, and fostering revenue growth. Expertise in marketing automation platforms and paid advertising networks is essential as you optimize workflows, conduct meticulous analysis of campaign data, and collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies with overarching marketing objectives.
Your main responsibilities: 👩🏽💻
Gain an understanding of prospects attitudes and behaviour and use communication to influence this behaviour.
Convert our website visitors to leads further to MQLs and make them ready for the Inbound Specialist to take action on with the aim to generate new customers though the inbound channel.
Create and improve lead funnels, nurturing and process development in various channels.
Segmentation and personalization based on our key personas and key target audiences.
Be a key member in the campaign planning we have to ensure our campaigns are converting.
Manage and own the email marketing channel, including all marketing emails and newsletter. Perform A/B testing and optimisations for email marketing.
Performing marketing operations related to marketing automation: data management, database maintenance and cleaning.

You have 2+ years of experience in Marketing Automation with a clear track record of success
You are goal-oriented and driven by exceeding expectations.
You are looking to build a career in Marketing
You're fluent in English, and ideally Swedish or another Nordic language.
