The Role
We're looking for a Junior Accountant to our accounting operations team who is data driven and solution oriented to work with accounts payable and receivable for our legal entities. The position is full time, based in our Stockholm office and reporting to the Nordic accounting manager and you will be part of the accounting operations team.
What you will doIn this role, you will play a role in the accounting operations team and will work with accounts payable and receivable.
Core responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Accounts Payable process for some of our legal entities, this includes; ensuring the correct posting of supplier invoices, payments , and reconciliations.
- Responsible for the accounts receivable process for some of our legal entities, this includes; customer invoicing, accounting of bank payments received, account reconciliations (primarily Bank, A/R and A/P).
- Contribute to the monthly closing of books with reconciliations, ensuring quality in the balance sheet specifications and if needed booking of reserves.
- Continuously working to streamline and improve our processes.
- Keep improving the finance function by giving input on internal projects.

- Have some accounting experience
- Experience of Netsuite and Rillion is merited
