How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Reporting to the Head of Digital & IT, the IT Support role has as its main mission to ensure that employees at NordicInfu Care receive support regarding IT-related issues and needs. This within the areas of infrastructure, hardware, software and applications provided and supported by the company.
The position is also responsible for managing on- and offboarding of employees and consultants, thus providing hardware, access and basic onboarding training. The role also includes managing purchase requests and secure purchase of all IT related hardware (including PC, phones and printers).
Delegated by Head of Digital & IT this role can also assist and / or run smaller IT-related development and improvement projects.
You will:
- Ensure that employees at NordicInfu Care receive daily support regarding IT related issues and requests.
- Be responsible for ensuring that all IT Support requests are entered into and handled in the company's IT ticket management system
- Be responsible for printer support and maintenance contact
- Be responsible for purchasing computers, mobile phones and other hardware in accordance with established purchasing processes.
- Ensure access, support and maintenance of existing IT systems, this after delegation by the Head of Digital & IT.
- Be responsible for installation and delivery/hand-out of end users laptops, tablets, phones and other hardware
- be second line support for applications and software
- the main contact towards corporate service lines within the group for IT related issues and requests.
- Maintain and structure IT collaboration areas and documentation.
- If necessary on-site or digitally train the company's users in applications and processes.
- Responsible for preparing instructions regarding IT processes for the IT department.
- Responsible for reporting and KPIs regarding IT Support matters, this in accordance with assignments of management's current needs

- Experience from the Microsoft ERP portfolio is highly valued.

- Experience from GDPR, integrity and security issues is highly valued.
