We are currently looking for a new IT Service Desk Engineer colleague to join the IT service desk team based in Stockholm. The Service Desk team works to support our end users both onsite and remotely for all of our markets, in both our corporate and clinician environments. We also plan and execute on planned work such as New Clinics establishment and Office Moves, and writing new documentation for IT Policies and Procedures within our scope.
About the job
  • You will handle support requests for HQ and clinics, as well as our global market, escalated through our ticketing system Zendesk, in person, online and over the phone
  • Manage the lifecycle of a reported fault, and keeping the end user updated on the status of the reported issue
  • We believe in the growth of the individual and being a young organisation you will have the opportunity to significantly contribute to the team's growth and efficiency, being involved in both planned work, suggesting and documenting policies, processes and guides
  • Identify systematic issues and repetitive tasks, work with other areas inside of IT to automate, create more efficient processes for identified problems and challenge the other teams to provide better services.
  • Plan and participate in setting up new clinics, office relocation and revamp.
  • Troubleshoot, document and escalate on-site and remote issues with Mac and Windows computers, iOS mobile devices, diverse software/apps, meeting room devices, printers, AV equipment and other IT related technologies.
  • Administrate and maintain modern SaaS applications such as Azure, Intune Office 365, Jamf, Google Workspace and Slack.
  • Support and knowledge sharing with your team, speaking up with suggestions for changes in the way we work currently, and ways we can adapt to be a more productive Service Desk
  • Accurate recording of Assets in our Asset Register
  • Establish healthy and productive relations with vendors and suppliers, and identify better ways of working with these vendors and suppliers.
  • Writing documentation for internal and external users, such as user guides, onboarding "playbook", Policies, along with quick guides to integrate with our Ticketing system to help the end user with solutions, before they even raise the ticket
  • Travel to our office and clinic locations within Sweden and Europe
Who you are
We believe in our people and want you to grow your competencies with us, but we're looking for at least a few of the following to get you started:
  • You have Good experience in IT and end-user tech support from modern IT Environments.
  • Experience in troubleshooting systems such as MS Office 365, Active Directory, Azure, Google, Jira, Okta but to name a few
  • Experience in supporting both Mac and Windows environments.
  • Experience/knowledge with MDM solutions like JAMF and Intune
  • Experience with IT Security and compliance is a big plus
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team with people from different backgrounds
  • Very much a "Can Do" attitude, with a mindset for troubleshooting and a passion for service
  • 1st and 2nd line support experience
  • Willingness to learn, and ability to manage and prioritise workload
  • Copes well under pressure and in complex environments
  • Swedish and English spoken and written languages fluently are a must
  • Primary location will be Stockholm, based from the office 3 times a week, subject to visits to clinics
