AdressHR Specialist, Tietoevry Banking
The tech market keeps expanding, and so does Tietoevry Banking. We are now looking for a n HR specialist to join our HR Operations team and be part of our ex c iting stand-alone journey.
In this role, you will be part of our HR Operations function in Tietoevry Banking with 3 600 employees globally. You will work towards Sweden and be the first line when it comes to HR - related questions and request s, including the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource function. You will also be part of local and global HR projects and work closely with other stakeholders within the HR function and organization .
As a n HR Specialist , you will carry out responsibilit ies throughout the entire life cycle, including areas such as employment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, payroll, terms and conditions, organizational changes, work environment, rehabilitation, time reporting , and offboarding. You will work closely within the global HR Operations team but also have daily cooperation with other HR colleagues and other support functions.
With us you will:
Provide HR - related guidance :
- Provide policies, procedures and templates that are up to date and in line with collective agreements and local laws
- Own an employee handbook that is fit for purpose and contains as many commonalities across countries as possible
- Advise leaders and employees in human resource related matters
Enable HR data & Analytics :
- Ensure high quality HR data
- Provide HR data & analytics to the business to give meaningful insight
- Maintain strict compliance with data privacy regulations and ensure confidentiality of HR information
Support HR activities and projects :
- Support local and global HR colleagues in strategic human resource projects
- S upport global HR functions in yearly recurring activities such as engagement survey, performance management process etc.
- Support merger, demerger, acquisition and outsourcing projects involving HR activities.
Who you are:
- Experience within a broad HR operations role (3-4 years)
- A relevant academic degree such as HR
- Fluency in Swedish and English
- Experience of the HR system Workday
- Experience of a ticketing system
- Experience of working in a global company
- Experience in work environment area
- Problem solver, ability to prioritize, independent and a team player
