Adress The HR Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor to leaders, aligning HR practices with organizational goals and ensuring the well being and efficiency of the employees.
Key responsibilities
Support managers on the site with operative HR matters and provide local HR guidance and support
Drive the HR agenda and work in closely with the leaders in the Production team
Oversee, develop, follow up and implement HR polices and processes
Ensure a good on- and off boarding experience
Employer branding activities and student programs
Additional responsibilities
Support managers in recruiting & staffing logistics and liaise with recruitment third party providers
Support managers with people coaching and execution of annual local HR year activities and local talent management activities
Local applications of Comp & Ben and the local Annual Salary Review
Support sick leave and rehabilitation processes
Provide labor law expertise to managers and co-manages union negotiations.
Solve inquiries escalated from HR admin
Implementation/adaptation and follow-up of HR-processes
Overall regulatory compliance & reporting including GDPR
Requirements
Broad experience within operative HR (preferably <5 years of experience)
Good/excellent communication skills; English and Swedish
Academic degree within human resources, business or equivalent
Strong organizational and networking skills
Advantage: experience from production environment and Matrix organizations
