We are now seeking one HR Business Partner to join our team consisting of 10+ specialist located in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. Together we are supporting the Swedish organization, working close to our Managers to create the best employee experience possible.
The HR Business Partner is working in close collaboration with Sr. HRBPs, Workplace Solutions Team, and our Competence centers. The HRBP will also provide advice and insight on a range of HR topics (talent management, employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict management, training, etc.).
HR Business Partners are responsible for...
- HR Agenda: Serve as the interface for HR-related escalations for managers. Ensure quality business performance and executes talent agenda aligned to the organization objectives; may contribute to strategic agenda and support the Sr. HRBPs and CoCs to improve and continue to build employee engagement, morale, and retention. Collaborate with CoCs to ensure high quality integrated solution delivery.
- Workforce planning: Align with the Sr. HRBPs to provide support on business restructure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Learning and development: Collaborate with CoC to monitor the implementation of learning framework and continuously identify areas of upskilling.
- Talent management: Support facilitation of talent management messaging and milestones for employees. Guide people managers and employees throughout performance review and promotion process. Provide performance management guidance to employees (i.e., coaching, career development, counseling, etc.).
- Analytics: Pull metrics and analyze trends to assess and support diagnosing the health of the business and support the Sr. HRBP in developing solutions, programs, and/or policies.
- Engagement: Support roll out and communication of FOW initiatives and provides guidance for people managers regarding insight of new and existing initiatives.
- Compliance: Manage HR activities, including employee documentation and compliance with employment law, as needed. Collaborate with the Workplace Solutions team to ensure local labor laws are followed.
Skills
- 4+ years proven experience within HR
- HR Knowledge - Focus on example HR Policies, Performance management, talent development, career management, reward & compensation processes strategies, diversity management, employee relations, etc.
- Fluently speaking and writing English and Swedish
- Academic degree within relevant area
