E-commerce manager
As E-commerce manager at PlasticFri, you have the responsibility for setting up, managing and driving our online sales on the owned as well as external online sales channels. Working both strategically and operationally, you'll contribute to accelerating both B2B new customers sales as well as B2C sales growth 🚀
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up a digital strategy for owned B2B and B2C as well as external online sales channels and to make sure that PlasticFri's commercial, brand and marketing strategy and our goals are adapted for the digital channels.
A key strategic responsibility is also to align the product pricing, product visibility and sales ROI as well as campaigns to fit the digital sales channels within the budget. You will also manage the B2B E-commerce channels to provide high customer satisfaction and easy to use order and information handling for our existing and new retail or online business customers.
Ideal Candidate

• Proven track record and experience in implementing and optimizing e-commerce solutions
• Advanced skills in working with Google Ads, social media, newsletters and other digital marketing tools.
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation & SEO to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
• Can work independently, meet deadlines and enjoy working in a startup environment
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Passionate about environment and sustainability
  

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and execute e-commerce and digital sales channel strategies to meet growth targets.
• Optimize digital B2B and B2C platforms for brand, product sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Manage SEO, GEO, SEM, and other marketing optimizations.
• Lead e-commerce and digital sales channels to meet sales budgets and drive business development.
• Be responsible for and track budgeting and KPIs for e-commerce and online sales categories.
• Optimize sales through e-commerce and digital channels, including traffic, marketing, and campaigns.
• Manage e-commerce platform product roadmap for increased sales performance.
• Develop 3-4 year strategic plan and 1-year operational roadmap with continuous updates.
• Provide regular sales and marketing analysis: monitor e-commerce and digital market trends and identify opportunities.
• Conduct customer mapping for B2B and B2C segments.
• Ensure planned activities align with commercial plan and lead e-commerce projects and that digital communication aligns with brand strategy.
• Plan and execute innovation launches for product portfolio.
• Maintain online pricing strategy in line with overall pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals.
• Oversee and mentor future e-commerce and digital sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Manage projects from planning to implementation.
