Please note this is a consultant position, the contract would be signed with our staffing supplier.
Position summary:
You will be responsible for Build Enterprise business transaction capabilities. (Transaction model, authority execution authorization, review and decision-making, contract negotiation, risk management, contract fulfillment, etc.), improve key contract clauses, cultivate contract commercial experts, and support key projects to improve the transaction management capability of Enterprise business and improve contract and transaction quality. Other involved routine works are submission of tenders, contract negotiation, contract clause baseline build, etc.
Responsibilities:
  • Be responsible for develop transaction and E2E contract capabilities: Develop contract transaction policies and rules, E2E contract risk and assumption management mechanism, contract transaction model design capability, contract generation and contract-based fulfillment capability, and contract decision-making support capability.
  • Be responsible for E2E contract quality operations: contract clause improvement, contract fulfillment monitoring, contract penalty risk/penalty ticket management, backtracking/review of key contract fulfillment quality, and case summary.
  • Be responsible for contract negotiations and developing negotiation strategies and finally achieve negotiation objectives.
  • Efficient transactions: Build an e-commerce platform for the Enterprise business, facilitate the establishment of an ecosystem-based transaction system according to transaction characteristics, effectively reduce transaction costs, and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
  • Target oriented and ability to work independently to achieve target.
  • Self-motivated, flexible, enthusiastic and ability to teamwork.
  • Excellent execution, organizing resources effectively, prioritizing tasks as well as problem-solving capability. Must be ready to work under pressure in all kind of working condition.
  • University degree of Telecom/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or relevant.
  • Working in Telecom industry for at least 2 years, and Contract Commerce / sales experience is preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in the Telecom industry, and Commercial / Legal / financial knowledge is preferred.
  • Good presentation/communication skills, excellence in English both oral and written.
