Job Description
Our team puts clients first, so we are looking for candidates that share our enthusiasm for delivering a first class client experience through an engaging and proactive approach. Descriptive and clear communication is an essential requirement, so the right candidate needs to be fluent in written and spoken English. Given the Nordic client base, command of a local language is a plus but not a requirement. As you will be part of a well-established team in Stockholm, collaboration and teamwork is an integral part of everything we do. You should have the motivation and confidence to proactively engage and lead client conversations throughout any case or task. Most importantly, we believe in doing 'first class business in a first class way'. Job Responsibilities
- Be a team-oriented self-starter who displays initiative and a positive attitude, a high level of integrity, drive and the motivation to support our business in the Nordic region
- Share our enthusiasm for delivering a first class client experience through an engaging and proactive approach
- Provide comprehensive support to the Nordic Institutional Sales Team and Country Head
- Ensuring timely and effective co-ordination of all activities, using all relevant tools and resources at your disposal
- Understand, prioritize and resolve client requests, maintenance of our Client Relationship Management tool (Sales Force) and analyze market trends and flows as well as client portfolios are examples of daily tasks for the Sales Support role
- Handle client due diligence and onboarding processes
- Participate in client meetings and other events organized by the team
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- University degree
- Fluent in English, both written and oral
- Asset Management or banking & finance experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office tools, especially Excel
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Additional professional qualifications is a bonus (e.g. IMC, CFA)
- Knowledge of a Nordic language is a plus
- Knowledge of applications such as Morningstar Direct and Sales Force is a plus
