We are looking for an ICT Asset Manager to join our Strategy & Technology team within BNEW SAN SAL Hardware Management. Focusing on Strategy and Compliance this is a high visibility position responsible to drive Hardware Management strategy forward and supporting compliance and risk management efforts in the team.
As an ICT Asset Manager, you will drive Hardware Management strategy, collaborating with other units to move the team forward, challenge ways of working, processes and plan on the strategy. Core to our strategy is the ability to turn data into actionable insights to enable business value creation. You will also be responsible to the HWM security compliance and risk assessments, such as driving ISRA and ITSAC approval as applicable, making sure that all actions are addressed and followed up.
Education: Master degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or equivalent
What you will do
- Play an integral role in defining strategies, roadmap and execution plans to deliver business value
- High impact role connecting different teams to build a compelling strategy
- Drive compliance efforts in the team and become a reference for the team
- Open environment with several opportunities to drive impactful high visibility assignments
- Be part of a distributed team and collaborate with different areas in Ericsson
- Great understanding of Hardware Management Processes, Applications and Data. Including Investment Handler, SAP, Equipman, etc.
- Demonstrated experience in compliance and risk assessment. ISO 27001 certification and experience is a bonus.
- Deep Knowledge and understanding of ITSAC, ISRA and BCM processes, guiding and supporting different teams.
- Demonstrated ability in strategy execution. A solid track record working with agile, lean and design thinking methodologies.
- Great understanding of Ericsson and business areas.
- Good collaboration and team spirit, quick learner, proactive and positive learning demeanour
- Analytical and conceptual problem solving including the ability to handle ambiguous problem statements.
- You must have the capability to understanding technical architecture and solutions
- Understands the underlying business problem to define the required data and appropriate analysis.
- Collects, processes, evaluates, and aggregates data from various sources to base analysis upon.
- Supports in building, qualifying, and managing the funnel of data and analytics opportunities towards stakeholders in the digital product engagements.
- Stockholm or Linköping, Sweden. We provide flexible working at Ericsson. Our preference for a role that involves partnership, collaboration and design is that productive conversations happen in the office. Therefore, we recommend teams be present at least 50% of the time on a weekly basis.
