Job Description
As the Communications Manager at our company in Sweden, you will lead and champion the execution of our internal and external communication strategies. We are seeking a proactive and hands-on leader who is able to turn ideas into reality to effectively engage our employees and external stakeholders.
You will report to the Business Operations Lead of our company's affiliate in Sweden.
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
Establishing strategic & operational internal & external communication plans aligned to our local strategy.
Creating engaging and impactful content for internal and external communications.
Championing internal communications to support culture management and employee engagement.
Maintaining good relationships with relevant journalists for our company.
Coordinating responses to the press and journalists, while identifying the relevant spokespersons
Leading the ideation, planning and execution of our corporate social media campaigns to further develop our company’s communication initiatives.
Leading the overall external communications strategy and execution across multiple platforms including social media, press releases, position papers, interviews etc.
Supporting the implementation of regional and global communication strategies.
Planning and coordinating communications in the local crisis team and coordinating the media training of spokespersons and relevant members of the team.
Adopting CSR key messages from global materials to fit local requirements and drive internal communications so that all employees can be good ambassadors for our company.
Updating and coordinating content at our company's external homepage and Press Room as well as drafting messages, re-active statements, and Q & A’s when necessary.
Support Medical Information in Q & A.

Profile & Qualifications:
If you have experience from PR or media consultancy, this is seen as a strong advantage (in particular, in case you work with healthcare/pharmaceutical sector projects).
You are a proactive self-starter, able to work transversally across teams while maintaining good relationship with key stakeholders.
You can turn ideas into reality. You are a strong executor, capable of driving communication initiatives forward and ensuring successful implementation.
Experienced in leading internal and external communications, including advocacy materials and press releases.
Highly skilled as a writer & communicator in both English and Swedish with ability to network effectively both internally and externally.
Strong and sound ethical platform in line with our company's core values.
Experience in social media strategy and content management, and working across social media platforms and content management systems.
Previous experience from working in large organizations is an advantage.
Life Science experience is a plus.
Self-motivated and ability to work under pressure good prioritization skills.
Strong leadership, presentation, project management and problem-solving skills.
