Job description
As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of Scania depot Charging Solutions electrification efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the uncertainty gap surrounding Battery Electric Vehicles (BEV) by developing holistic eMobility solutions.
This involves navigating the BEV ecosystem, including the electricity market, charging infrastructure, financing landscape. Your role is pivotal in understanding and developing complimentary solutions for Scania, and you will actively contribute to the growth of the BEV market.
Your responsibilities
We are seeking an individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability to different markets, and the ability to tackle diverse customer challenges. You will work both strategically and hands-on at the same time. Working close with customer to explore and develop offer.
As a key player in establishing a new business within Scania, you should possess a strong personal drive and commitment with a solution-oriented mindset. No task is too small or too large for you, and you are driven by achieving sustainable business solutions in both the digital and physical realms.
We're looking for
* +4 years of relevant work experience
* Experience in strategy and/or Business Development from a corporate setting, consultancy, start-up, or similar
* Experience in eMobility, specifically charging and infrastructure or energy utility
* Track record of executing business ideas in any setting
* Strong skills in a fact-based approach using PowerPoint and Excel
* Ability to structure questions and problems effectively
* Likely a Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field
* Good verbal and writing skills in English and Swedish
