As a Project Manager, you are part of the workstream Business Development & Innovation, which is responsible for the development of the 'way of working' by using the latest technology, for KPMG Audit & Assurance Sweden.
About the role
You will play a crucial role in planning, organizing, and managing projects from start to finish. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that projects achieve their goals and are delivered on time and within budget. Throughout the project lifecycle, you will play a key role in communication, information dissemination, coordination, and effectively handling changes. You will handle multiple projects simultaneously, working in an operational and hands-on capacity. You will report to A&A Head of Business Developmet & Innovation.
As a Project Manager within KPMG A&A Business Development, you will be instrumental in projects focused on implementing new processes and tools. These projects encompass various workstreams, including:
- Design and implementation of innovative tools.
- Quality and risk assessment of new tools.
- Communication strategies during tool launches.
- Information and education initiatives.
- Establishment of maintenance and support structures.
Key Activities Include :
- Developing comprehensive project plans, outlining goals, scope, milestones, resources, activities, and budgets.
- Identifying key points of contact and coordinating with other projects.
- Ensuring the project team possesses the necessary competences.
- Monitoring project progress, setting and managing deadlines.
- Evaluating project performance and making necessary adjustments.
- Reporting to the steering committee and addressing decisions needed.
- Managing and distributing work within the project team.
- Identifying risks and implementing necessary changes.
- 4-5 years of experience in project management or equivalent, specially project managemet related to process improvement with the use of new and arising technologies.
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English.
- Previous experience in auditing/accounting or similar.
