About the Job
As a Project Manager - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt at Alfa Laval's High-Speed Separators division in Tumba, Sweden, you'll lead structured improvement initiatives and project management efforts aimed at improving quality, efficiency, and performance. Your skills in Lean Six Sigma methodologies will be central to guiding teams through complex projects while aligning them with main organizational objectives. In this important role, you will drive Black Belt projects, offer support to the BU HSS in strengthening and refining quality systems, implement best practices, and address quality-related issues. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, you'll act as a mentor and coach, leading improvement projects across various business areas. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you'll ensure project success through effective coaching and support. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading medium to large projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to foster continuous improvement and streamline processes.
- Managing stakeholder communication and engagement throughout project lifecycles.
- Serving as a process champion for BU HSS, supporting the organization in Business Management Systems (BMS) and Framework.
- Contributing to the development and execution of the Business Unit Performance Plan/Strategy.
- Conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Designing and executing training programs for BMS and Lean Six Sigma initiatives, including Yellow Belt trainings.
- Coaching and mentoring colleagues to enhance their skills and drive project outcomes.
The position is a Parental Leave Cover during the period May 2024 - August 2025 and is a fixed term role.

- Obtained or are pursuing Black Belt certification, demonstrating your expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Experience managing projects of varying complexity, ensuring they meet objectives and deliverables.
- A solid understanding of quality systems and can support initiatives to enhance them.
- A strategic mindset enables you to align projects with organizational goals and priorities.
- Passion for coaching and mentoring colleagues, empowering them to achieve project success and personal growth.
