Warehouse Operator
Description
Your tasks
Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
Perform quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
Identify and control non-conforming material.
Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per customer expectations.
Responsible to ensure inventory accuracy through executing and reporting daily stock counts and participate as a key participant in Annual Physical Inventory count.
Monitor direct “Drop shipments” from various international entities directly to customers and external warehouses, and ensure transactions are completed in ERP.
Complete and submit stock adjustment request forms when inventory inaccuracies need correction.
Handle incoming used engines and engine parts returns, and administer timely return of used parts to regional distribution center, preparing relevant documents and arranging for pick-up.
Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures and regulations.
Your profile
You have several years experience with warehouse operations and administration.
You are clear in your communication and work well both independently and as part of a team.
You are fluent in English and have knowledge of Swedish.
You have your forklift operator certificate and experience with working with it.
You have your driving license.
