Description
Your tasks
- Receive incoming goods, accurately sort, label/package, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space.
- Perform quality checks for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices.
- Identify and control non-conforming material.
- Operate manual and automated equipment to pick, pack and ship product per customer expectations.
- Responsible to ensure inventory accuracy through executing and reporting daily stock counts and participate as a key participant in Annual Physical Inventory count.
- Monitor direct "Drop shipments" from various international entities directly to customers and external warehouses, and ensure transactions are completed in ERP.
- Complete and submit stock adjustment request forms when inventory inaccuracies need correction.
- Handle incoming used engines and engine parts returns, and administer timely return of used parts to regional distribution center, preparing relevant documents and arranging for pick-up.
- Comply with HSE standards, policies, procedures and regulations.
Your profile
- You have several years experience with warehouse operations and administration.
- You are clear in your communication and work well both independently and as part of a team.
- You are fluent in English and have knowledge of Swedish.
- You have your forklift operator certificate and experience with working with it.
- You have your driving license.
