About the team:
We are looking for a new colleague in our department Commercial Real Estate Management & Governance at our location in Amsterdam.
As a Real Estate Professional with several years of experience in operative Transaction Management, you will develop individual strategies based on user requirements and portfolio strategy. You will be responsible for the leasing and rental as well as the purchase and disposal of the corporate facilities, and you will be the specialist of the lease management of our portfolio in very close contact with the portfolio management colleagues. As Transaction Manager you will have central portfolio management responsibility in a dynamic industrial company with a large number of customers in different countries.
What you can look forward to as Transaction Manager (m/f/d) Commercial:
- Responsibility for our rental ZF properties and contracts (first rental, extension, termination) as well as M&A support
- Key Account for all internal and external customers in terms of Lease Management and Transaction Management
- Periodical reporting, e.g. target/actual analyses, performance analyses, benchmarks, etc. to the users, divisional management and CFO
- Development and implementation of optimized lease and property strategies for ZF facilities in coordination with users
- Identification and realization of high value potentials regarding development and/or lease-specific topics (such as benchmarking, optimization, etc.)
- Development and control of the processing of leasing, renting, purchasing and sales concepts including contract negotiations in coordination with internal (e.g. procurement and legal) /external service providers
- Initiation of concept planning and control of rental improvements, reconstruction, maintenance, repair and modernization activities as well as revitalization
- Professional representation of lease managers, users and owners when dealing with landlords, suppliers/service providers and government authorities
Your profile as Transaction Manager (m/f/d) Commercial:
- Completed studies in Business Administration and/or commercial training, with additional qualification in real estate economics (e.g. specialist economist/real estate economist (m/f/d)) or technical real estate degree (e.g. architect (m/f/d) + additional qualification in regards of lease and transaction management
- Solid expert knowledge and several years of experience as asset manager, Transaction Manager, broker or real estate valuation expert (m/f/d) in the sector of commercial real estate in an international business environment and mixed portfolio (industrial (production), logistics, office)
- Sustainable understanding of optimal layouts, objects and usage types, with the ability to generate requirement profiles and layout concepts accordingly
- Systematic and continuously updated knowledge of the real estate market assets
- Experience with real estate transactions and the legal framework (asset and share deals)
- Strong project and process management skills as well as deep knowledge of CAFM systems
- Excellent communication skills, ability to assert oneself, negotiating skills and natural authority in fluent Business English, additional language would be an advantage
- Active, innovative, highly motivated, corporate personality with a high passion for value creation and user satisfaction in real estate
