What you would do as our Test Engineer?
In this role, located in in Årstadal, Stockholm, you will play a key part in securing the quality assurance of our state-of-the-art platform for the next generation electromechanical devices and mobile/cloud integrations for door opening solutions. We are a team of curious, creative, and competent developers, testers and architects set out on the journey of building the next generation of embedded products. We work together, in a forgiving environment, to deliver upon our promises and raise red flags when needed. We strive for a culture where we feel comfortable asking for help, where we take the time to help our colleagues, and where we can share laughter after work. Within this role, you will report directly to the R&D Manager.
You would also:
- Work together with highly skilled engineers and various stakeholders who are using our technology in products worldwide.
- Work with Full Stack test systems, all the way from the cloud down to the embedded devices,
- Set up test plans and execute test cases for systems where mobile solutions are verified together with embedded targets in an agile environment.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- holds a M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Software Engineering or similar, but do not hesitate to apply if you have obtained your skills in another way.
- has hands-on experience with developing test systems and measurements on physical hardware and firmware, including automated test frameworks for mobile and embedded systems in a CI/CD environment.
- has previous experience with Test Automation tools and frameworks CI/CD (e.g.., XCTest, Espresso, PostMan, Robot Framework, GitLab,).
- is proficient in programming languages such as Python, Shell scripting etc.
- has knowledge of communication protocols (Zigbee, NFC/ISO14443, UWB, Bluetooth, WIFI) and mobile access.
- has experience with Linux and Docker.
- is familiar with debugging tools and techniques.
- is fluent in English, both written and spoken.
