What you will do
  • Implement and innovate diversity & inclusion initiatives to build a more inclusive and diverse culture in Global Operations.
  • Create and implement employee engagement strategies focused on improving workplace environment, employee satisfaction, and retention rates.
  • Effectively manage the performance management process, including goal setting, facilitating regular check-ins, and providing constructive feedback.
  • Design and deliver impactful communication materials that highlight our People initiatives and drive employee engagement.
  • Spearhead career development and talent mobility programs, ensuring they deliver tangible results and positive impacts.
  • Collaborate with People Business Partners to tailor solutions that meet both organizational objectives and employee needs.
  • Partner with Internal Communications on building a sense of belonging and connection to our shared purpose and values.
  • Use data analysis to inform decision-making and shape targeted communication strategies.
You will bring
  • A dynamic, driven approach, infused with creativity and innovation.
  • Exceptional writing skills with an interest in crafting engaging content that motivates and drives employees to take action.
  • Expertise in designing captivating PowerPoint presentations, thoughtfully weaving narratives that captivate and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Excel, employing a data-centric approach to inform strategies and decision-making.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining a structured and efficient approach to meet deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of standard methodologies in Talent Management and learning & development, with a focus on applying these in practical, impactful ways.
  • The versatility to work effectively both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
