The role
This international role involves a central responsibility in attracting and selecting talent for Viaplay, encompassing the development and execution of recruitment strategies, management of end-to-end recruitment processes, and oversight of on/off-boarding. Additionally, the role actively contributes to employer branding efforts, playing a pivotal role in shaping the organization's talent attraction.
  • Own ourTalent Acquisition strategy and align it with organizational goals, monitor industry trends and forecast hiring needs based on business developments.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and manage external workforce acquisition when needed.
  • Act as a liaison between hiring managers and P&Cfor effective onboarding, enhancing processes for cross-country and cross-departmental efficiencies. Additionally, improving the offboarding process for smooth exits fostering ambassadorship.
  • Develop and promote the organization's employer brand strategy, engagingin employer branding initiatives, events and networking opportunities.
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience,overseeing the recruitment process in all Viaplay markets.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners, universities, and relevant organizations.

What we're looking for
We understand you may feel confident ticking certain boxes more than others and that's why we always keep an open mind in our recruitment process. But, in order to thrive in this role, we do believe you'll have at least some experience in the following:
  • You have +5 years of Talent Acquisition (preferably in-house) in a similar role with a proven track record of successful implementations and developments of strategies within the TA area.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Demonstrable experience managing full cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of the entertainment and tech industries, with the ability to assess candidates' technical and soft skills.

It's a bonus if you have:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships at all levels in an energetic working culture.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), psychometric tests and other recruitment tools.
  • You are self-driven with a pro-active approach and can manage and develop your own projects as well as others. You are a strong leader that thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a positive "can-do" attitude.
