About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist within our Talent Attraction Team, your primary responsibility will be to discover exceptional talents and guide candidates through recruitment processes, ensuring the delivery of top-notch hires to the business and an outstanding candidate experience. Hästens is currently in a high-growth phase, and the Talent Attraction team plays a pivotal role in supporting global teams responsible for executing organisational growth.

Desired Skills and Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with sourcing.
- Previous experience in a high-volume, full-cycle talent and recruitment function.
- In-house or Agency background.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Competence in Apple-based applications, particularly Keynote.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent verbal, written (proficiency in English, and additional languages considered a merit), and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work across CET, US & Canada Eastern, Central, and Pacific Time Zones.
- Positive mindset and high-energy approach.
- Genuine team player.
- Service-oriented and self-driven.
