Our Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the delivery of recruitment services to the business. Partnering with our hiring managers, and as part of the HR Team, you’ll leverage recruitment best practices, systems & processes to attract high performing talent to join Red Bull Australia. You’ll ensure all candidates experience a premium experience through the hiring cycle, share data and insights with hiring managers on recruitment effectiveness and local market trends to inform their decisions, and be responsible for managing the recruitment budget as well as our relationships with our external partners and agencies.

At least 2 years’ end-to-end recruitment experience (agency or in-house) ideally in FMCG, beverage, distribution, or media industries., Direct sourcing experience, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter, other social media platforms and industry networks to connect with hard-to-reach candidates across various departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance/IT)., Ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships both internally and externally., Experience in using and analysing data from external and internal sources., A ‘people person’ who is dedicated, has a can-do-attitude and a strong collaborative approach., Experience using Talent Acquisition systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters, Hirevue, etc.) and SAP HR are an advantage.
