Responsibilities
• Guide, support, and troubleshoot for corporate customers via mail, phone, and internal systems• Support the transition of corporate customers to new products and services with new formats and functionalities• Develop specialist competence in future international standardized format ISO20022• Focus on ISO and file communication, payment services, and Cash Management products• Contribute to customer satisfaction, develop relationships internally and with external counterparts• Participate in development projects within our area of responsibility
Requirements
• Analytical and solution-oriented with good customer service, organizational, and pedagogical skills• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment• Experience in improving existing and new services and contributing to team development and goal fulfillment• Knowledge of Cash Management, payment services, and experience with ISO20022 file format is a plus• Good communication skills in Swedish and English• Previous experience in banking or related roles
