As Cash administrator you will work at a fun and unpretentious workplace with a strong brand and a great opportunity to learn a lot of both payment and invoice management in both retail and fleet business for the right person and mindset. We place great demands but also offer much in return.
In this function your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Termination of leasing and loan contracts
• Payment file uploads
• Handling of reminders
• Various customer, supplier and invoice requests.
You will report to our Cash management Team lead and be based at our Northern European headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden.
Pre-Requisites for the role:
You are an outgoing, positive and a responsible person who easily create trust and appreciate the many daily contacts with customers and colleagues. You hold a relevant university degree and minimum 2 years experience in Financial Services relatable business.
To be successful in this role you are communicative, and you are acting with a high degree of service orientation and responsibility as well as being good at finding structure in the wide range of tasks in the daily business. The role includes contacts with various stakeholders and therefore it is important that you have an understanding for the importance of good business relationships and are willing to go the extra mile.
Since we are an international organization, you are fluent in English and at least one more Scandinavian language.
We will place great emphasis on your personal characteristics.
The role is based at our Northern European headquarter in Stockholm, Sweden and reports to the Cash Management Team lead.

Further information
The position is located at BMW´s Nordic head office in Sollentuna / Silverdal. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym. The positon is full-time, starting immediately or by other agreement. This is a parental substitute position expected to run until the end of the year.
