Supply Chain Expert

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Expert to our client in Solna.
Our client is undergoing fundamental change to its SUPPLY CHAIN set-up per the current Supply Chain, in order to strengthen the workstream for Warehousing, as well as Distribution/Logistics set-ups. A Logistics professional is deemed necessary to assess and design and give support to the upcoming future concept planned to be implemented during summer/autumn 2024.
Assignment/Project description:
Initial design phase starts now and is planned to end of March. After which further steps to source, implement and work on final design will take place with conclusion 31 October at which time the project will enter go live phase. The assignment will complement the existing project group with logistics expertise to accommodate for crucial steps to be handled well in the project's design phases.
As project workstream coordinator for Warehousing and inventory management, as well as Distribution and Logistics you will work alongside the project leader and other team members within the project. You will coordinate between IT, Product Placement project and the Procurement, Demand Planning, and Invoicing work streams within the project Future Supply Chain Onboard, as well as any needed stakeholder identified going forward. You will secure necessary documentation and help drive the project according to timeline.
Analytics of product flows, design distribution network and import flow. How to optimize flows in central warehouse (warehouse as well as products and packaging).
You will report to Project leader within Future Supply Chain Onboard set up.

Qualifications
- You hold master's degree in Logistics or Engineering.
- You have 10+ years of work experience within warehousing and distribution.
- You are fluent in English, both oral and written.

Admission and Application
Full-time position, 40h/week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run for 3 months with possibility of extension.
