We are seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator to assist with and manage the gathering of Supplier Declaration of Compliance (DoC) for regulations related to food contact materials.
A Suppliers Declaration of Compliance (DoCp) is required to demonstrate adherence to Food contact regulations. Documentation is gathered to meet legal requirements in various locations, enabling sales in different markets. This means that the components or materials may need to meet the regulations of the US, EU, and/or China.
Your daily responsibilities involve:
• Reaching out to suppliers of food contact parts and materials to facilitate the acquisition of Suppliers Declaration of Compliance (DoCp).
• Managing internal administrative tasks and overseeing various databases and tools/systems.
• Providing assistance to suppliers and addressing their inquiries as they submit required information to the client. In-house experts will review and verify DoCp before approval.
Requirements
• Previous experience in regulatory issues and/or laws concerning food safety.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Swedish and English, both in writing and verbally.
• Strong computer skills, including Excel and SAP.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain management and regulations related to materials used in food contact.

• Effective communication in challenging situations.
• Determined, motivated, and self-driven.
• Organized and precise in tasks.
Meritorious
• Experience with regulatory documentation is a plus.
• Experience in the packaging, food, or medical industry is an advantage.
New employees must undergo a drug test before beginning their assignment.
