We're in search of an Sr HR Administrator to join our client’s team and support their HR Operations. Your main responsibility will involve providing crucial administrative assistance and contributing to our ongoing efforts to streamline processes. And you are skilled in SAP Success Factor
Responsibilities:
• Handle sensitive personnel data, employment contracts, and other confidential documents while ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
• Maintain high-quality standards and meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Administrative assistance.
Requirements:
• Previous experience encompassing various HR Administration tasks, such as onboarding and terminations.
• Demonstrated drive, positivity, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient understanding of GDPR regulations and HR systems like SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
• Track record of digitizing and automating HR processes, preferably in larger organizations.
• University degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Fluency in both Swedish and English.
• Experienced in HR systems SuccessFactors and ServiceNow.
This is a senior position. A job assessment test will be conducted during the interview process.
