We are now looking for a Senior Supply Chain IT Specialist At Billerud we have tomorrow in mind, and we are currently undergoing a business transformational journey. Within this journey we are building and implementing a new structure for the company's current and future ERP system landscape based on identified Order-To-Cash (OTC) processes. As a Senior Supply Chain IT Specialist at Billerud you will play an important role in our upcoming transformation. The primary assignment is to contribute to the development of Billerud's OTC business needs in relation to the company's current and future ERP environment and other business tools. You will work in the interface between and in close collaboration with Supply Chain, Business Areas and IT. You will report to Supply Chain Senior Manager Business Support. The team has a strong process focus and operates as a cross-functional unit with the goal of creating structural improvements. Your main tasks will be:
- Build and implement a structure for the company's current and future ERP system landscape, based on our OTC processes. This includes supporting the identification of business process gaps, process evaluation/root cause analysis and recommendation of target state in order to meet organizational and business needs.
- Contribute to the implementation of future new way-of working and supporting OTC business systems (ERP and others). This in co-operation with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous development of our operational platform for globalization of sales and go-to-market.
- Contribute to clarifying business needs in the interface between business and IT and turning them to functional requirements.
- Managing and participating in relevant projects.
- University degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience from a structured change journey in a cross-functional organization related to OTC and supporting business IT systems (including holistic ERP experience), creating efficiency gains and customer satisfaction.
- Experience of senior stakeholder management.
- Documented experience from project management, and from driving complex projects in an agile way, including change management skills.
- Strong interest for the interface between business and IT as well as good understanding of how working processes and the IT infrastructure are linked.
- Fluency in English is a requirement, both oral and written. Fluency in Swedish is a merit.
- Knowledge in SAP is a merit.
